To ensure the best possible experience for everyone, I operate by a few house rules. Because I work out of a private studio and dedicate my time to custom work, these policies help protect my business and guarantee you get my full undivided energy. Please review them carefully before booking.

Deposits & Rescheduling

• Non-Refundable Deposits: A deposit/design fee is required to secure your spot and covers the time it takes for me to prepare your design. Please note this is not an additional cost, the fee goes toward your final total. All deposits are non-refundable, and the deposit amount is calculated based on the estimated value of your tattoo session. 

• Life Happens (The 48 Hour Rule): I understand things happen and life can get in the way. Your deposit is transferable to a new date one time, provided you give me at least 48 hours notice. If you fail to give 48 hours notice this will result in a forfeited deposit. 

• Second Reschedules: If you need to reschedule your appointment for a second time your original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required. 

• Lateness & No-Shows: I run a tight schedule to ensure every client gets their full, dedicated time. Arriving 15 minutes late without communication may result in a forfeited deposit and will be considered a no-show. If you no-show your appointment, you may be subject to an additional fee upon rebooking.

Custom Designs & Revisions

• The Design Process: We will go over your design together during your appointment. I want you to love your ink, so minor changes and adjustments are absolutely permitted on the spot. This is a permanent piece of art so I am more than happy to accommodate and ensure you are excited for your new piece. 

• Concept Changes: If you completely change your design concept during or before your appointment we may need to reschedule your session to allow for proper drawing time, and a new deposit/design fee will be required.

Preparation & Studio Conduct 

• Mutual Respect: My studio is a safe, positive space. I am fully dedicated to giving you a wonderful experience, and I require that all my clients treat me with that respect in return. 

• Age Requirement: You must be 18+ to get tattooed by me. A valid government ID is required at the time of your appointment. 

• Arrive Prepared: To ensure your session goes smoothly, please arrive well-rested, fully hydrated, and have eaten a solid meal. Be sure to wear proper, accessible clothing that easily exposes the area to be tattooed. 

• Strict Sobriety Policy: You must be completely sober for your appointment. I will not tattoo anyone under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.

Health & Wellness

• Stay Home if You're Sick: If you are feeling unwell, running a fever, or showing any other signs of illness, please let me know as soon as possible. Lets keep the studio a healthy and safe space for everyone.
